About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform analyses, reporting, and reconciliation related to accurate, on-time freight payments
- Work closely with Freight Payment Leadership and internal and external partners on root cause analysis of invoicing errors
- Evaluate error trends and solutions by mode, service, operation, and location across all carriers/providers
- Update and standardize aggregate freight payment processes
- Ensure freight payment requirements are documented, communicated, and actioned
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Work cross-functionally on special projects supporting capacity and network expansions
- Support freight team leadership
- Solve freight pay discrepancies
Requirements
