Provide day-to-day sales support including reporting, lead management, order processing, competitor analysis, finance escalations, and client onboarding.
Maintain CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, updating documentation, and supporting user training.
Create sales materials, coordinate order and booking confirmations, and deliver reporting for trading, client/agency meetings, and campaign performance.
Support wider Commercial Operations with holiday cover, print inventory management, and ad-hoc operational projects.
Work with sales and project management on bookings, post-campaign analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve sales workflows.
