About the role
- Provide day-to-day sales support including reporting, lead management, order processing, competitor analysis, finance escalations, and client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, updating documentation, and supporting user training.
- Create sales materials, coordinate order and booking confirmations, and deliver reporting for trading, client/agency meetings, and campaign performance.
- Support wider Commercial Operations with holiday cover, print inventory management, and ad-hoc operational projects.
- Work with sales and project management on bookings, post-campaign analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve sales workflows.
