About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for selling all Compass products to the market in line with targets set by Director of Commercial Strategic Growth
  • Leverage existing contacts in the research industry to find key sales opportunities for the Compass offering
  • Liaise with the Compass team to share feedback from the market
  • Provide insights on how best to position the Compass offering to best engage with potential clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven data sales experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Ability to uncover new briefs, identify key market opportunities and convert these into net new revenue for TMG
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Experience in pitching and winning business in research, insights and data solutions
  • Commercial background in research, insights, and digital media - either at an agency or research platform provider
  • Keen understanding of relevant technology, terminology, research techniques and processes
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible language for communications and pitches
  • Proven track record of conveying the business value of research and insights products
  • Demonstrates high integrity and emotional intelligence, able to lead, influence, persuade.
