Prospect for residential acquisition opportunities throughout your assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, homeowners, and investors
Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment opportunities
Analyze renovation scope, ARV, and acquisition potential
Present and negotiate offers on behalf of the company
Manage opportunities throughout the acquisition process
Maintain CRM activity and KPI tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active California Real Estate License
1+ year of residential real estate experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to confidently present and negotiate offers
Reliable transportation for regular property visits
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
