About the role

  • As our Leasing Sales Agent you will play a critical role in helping us fill vacancies quickly and bring great residents into our communities.
  • This role is responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and converting prospects into signed leases.
  • You’ll work directly with prospective tenants, showcase available properties, and guide them through the leasing process.
  • Your efforts directly impact our mission by bringing new residents into our communities and ensuring our properties remain vibrant and occupied.
  • This role requires driving to properties to conduct showings and maintaining strong communication with prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

Requirements

  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and enjoy converting leads into results.
  • You are bilingual, able to speak English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of leads.
  • You’re extremely responsive and understand the importance of speed to lead.
  • You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the right home.
  • You are comfortable making high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
  • You are competitive, persistent, and motivated by performance.
  • You take pride in maintaining high presentation standards for properties.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • You’re comfortable working evenings or weekends when needed.

  • Base Pay $600 biweekly
  • Commission $1,000 per rented apartment after the resident successfully moves in.
