About the role
- Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning for targeted markets and player segments
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, affiliate support, partnerships) that drive acquisition, engagement and lifetime value
- Maintain consistent brand voice, assets and guidelines across channels; oversee creative and copy to ensure on-brand execution
- Analyze campaign and brand performance (KPIs: CAC, LTV, retention, engagement) and optimize using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with product, UX, CRM, affiliates and compliance to align messaging and promotions with regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers and vendors; oversee production timelines and budgets
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and player behavior to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in brand, product or marketing roles; experience in iGaming
- Proven experience running digital campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic), content marketing and CRM/email
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, A/B testing and performance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editorial sense and attention to detail
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in iGaming marketing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
