About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests
  • Follow administrative processes for customer setup and credit approval
  • Establish certificates of insurance
  • Coordinate walkthroughs and planning calls
  • Develop scope and communicate service requirements and client expectations
  • Document final scope, timelines and pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two to five years of progressive customer service experience
  • Experience coordinating national services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly customer-service oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change
  • Ability to multitask, organize workflow, meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical and governmental materials
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
