About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting customers in: FF&E logistics (retail, restaurant, convenience store, healthcare, commercial projects)
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within SCS and NXTPoint offerings
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand complex customer needs and design tailored logistics solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including: Prospecting, Solution design, Proposal development, Contract negotiation, Onboarding assistance
  • Establish and maintain strong Customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 3 (three) years business development experience in relevant sales role within industry
  • Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new Customers
  • Prior familiarity with freight forwarding, FF&E logistics, consolidation/distribution, final-mile B2B white glove delivery & Project/Installation Services
