Product Manager

• Lead the Product Ownership discipline at SmartMessage and set high standards for clarity, collaboration, and delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to connect strategic goals with execution on the ground
• Shape and maintain product roadmaps across modules like Campaign Manager, Journey 360, Audience Manager, and our mobile SDKs
• Translate business objectives into clear, technically sound user stories with measurable outcomes
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile processes run with purpose and transparency
• Partner with UI/UX, QA, and engineering to turn concepts into user-focused, testable solutions
• Define and maintain API documentation and integration flows for internal and external use
• Collaborate with marketing and product strategy teams to validate ideas, prioritize features, and align product direction with market needs
• Drive feature development across both mobile and web, ensuring a unified customer experience
• Track KPIs such as feature adoption, delivery predictability, and user satisfaction.
