Product Manager

• Lead the Product Ownership discipline at SmartMessage and set high standards for clarity, collaboration, and delivery
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to connect strategic goals with execution on the ground
• Shape and maintain product roadmaps across modules like Campaign Manager, Journey 360, Audience Manager, and our mobile SDKs
• Translate business objectives into clear, technically sound user stories with measurable outcomes
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile processes run with purpose and transparency
• Partner with UI/UX, QA, and engineering to turn concepts into user-focused, testable solutions
• Define and maintain API documentation and integration flows for internal and external use

Product Lead

DevOps Engineer

• Lead all phases of deployment operations including the installation and automation of solutions for site availability.
• Take applications in Kubernetes production systems to live and carry out application migrations to Kubernetes systems.
• Help fix application performance issues on Kubernetes systems and observe and supervise systems running on production to tackle problems in a repeatable manner.
• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
• Develop internal solutions and apply best practices to further improve and automate site reliability.
• Support and develop continuous delivery and integration applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Improve communication between development and operations teams and fix defects in earlier phases of development.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments including IIS, RDP, and Certificate Management.
• Work with Helm Charts, ArgoCD, GitOps practices, and Openshift, RKE2 clusters to streamline Kubernetes operations.
• Manage artifact repositories including Nexus and Quay.
• Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation, deployments, and system tasks.

Data Analyst

• Analyze large-scale customer behavior data across digital channels (SMS, push, email, WhatsApp, RCS, Telegram) to uncover insights on click/open likelihood, conversion funnels, and engagement trends
• Create advanced customer segmentation models and develop RFM analyses to identify high-value customers and optimize targeting
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver insights that improve churn prediction models, retention initiatives, and personalization strategies
• Translate business questions into structured data problems and query data from ClickHouse, Athena, EMR, S3, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to monitor customer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and growth KPIs
• Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data lake analytics infrastructure
