- Gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers to shape engagement approaches and strategies
- Conducting innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights
Requirements
- Established independent consulting practice
- Proven experience as a Researcher or Insights specialist in an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company
- Track record of designing and directing insights programs related to customer engagement
- Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
- Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
- Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
