Participate in all technical aspects the group is responsible for including product development, project engineering and site support
Receive wide level of exposure to all aspects of the modern IT/OT environment
Function as Team Lead for Virtualization and Network/Service Infrastructure activities and strategy
Author functional specifications / high-level design
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategy
Work with Project Management to ensure project budget, schedule and quality
Train and mentor junior team members
Travel within the Greater Boston area, minor additional travel within US or abroad

Requirements

Engineering or Computer Science Degree or related field
5+ years of experience in IT/OT engineering, with a focus on network and system administration
Experience with DeltaV
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience leading technical projects in the IT/OT domain
Understanding of computer networks
Experience with multiple specific technologies / systems listed: Network infrastructure (Routers, switches, firewalls, access points), Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), Cybersecurity tools (Firewall, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), security information and event management (SIEM) solutions), Industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, DCS), Industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP)
