About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business
- Build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers)
- Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
- Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy
- Administer re-quotes and corrections
- Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines, Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Certifications/Licensures: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.
