About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage new case, renewal activity, and amendments
Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements.
Promote new product offerings and enhanced product features
Recommend plan changes as appropriate
Facilitate the enrollment and re-enrollment process; conducting enrollment meetings or being present as benefit fairs, as needed
Highlight the advantages of doing business with The Standard in coordination with the assigned Sales Representative.
Cultivate meaningful, effective relationships with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, and vendors)

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory is required.
2+ yrs of client management experience in group benefits insurance
