Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure effective performance management practices are in place and drive a culture of continuous improvement
Lead the planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of integrated business solutions
Review proposed integrations of new applications to assess impact and ensure maximum availability of system applications
Collaborate with business units on defining and leading business plans that leverage technology and business processes
Manage vendor relationships, including market research for vendor-hosted solutions
Provide regular reports/updates on team and system performance, incident resolution, and team development progress
Ignite enthusiasm, drive, and dedication by showing genuine respect and empathy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Services, mathematics, or related field - REQUIRED
Six plus (6+) years of progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design
Strong knowledge of legacy system management, IT, and administrative processes
Demonstrated leadership experience and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive change
Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
