Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) execution, workflow coordination, and team operations for a defined modeling scope.
Coordinating day‑to‑day workflow, tracking deliverables, and ensuring outputs meet quality and timing expectations.
Providing first‑round review and quality assurance for routine actuarial outputs.
Ensuring model and process changes are supported by appropriate testing and documentation.
Leading structured onboarding and foundational training for junior actuarial staff.
Supporting new business initiatives, what‑if analyses, and cross‑line projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in mathematics, actuarial science, business or a related field preferred.
Certification: FSA or equivalent international designation. (strongly preferred)
5-8 years of progress actuarial experience with demonstrated experience supporting BAU actuarial modeling and reporting using GGY AXIS.
Hands-on AXIS modeling expertise (required).
Business knowledge of Retirement Plan or Individual Annuity products.
Effective communicator able to collaborate with Product Line and modeling partners and clearly explain AXIS results and modeling considerations.
