About the role
- Perform benchmarking, strategic and tactical data analysis, integration, design, and modeling of corporate and business information.
- Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, gaps and provide insights and succinctly and effectively communicate results.
- Support end-to-end data sourcing, data modeling and data access controls.
- Develop, modify and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and/or dashboards to better understand the overall business; develop presentations and share findings and recommendations
- Create and document functional requirements including process flows, data movement from source to target destinations and transformations, including data governance standards.
- Provide secondary/back-up support of issues management related to business processes and systems utilized to perform day to day functions within the organization.
- This is a systems administration and troubleshooting function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics or other related field of study
- 2 years of progressive experience in providing advanced analysis via Excel and advanced analytics tools
- Strong skills in research, analysis, collaboration, problem-solving and communication
- Ability to provide actionable insights from large unstructured data sets while using multiple source systems for data extraction and integration purposes
- Ability to multitask, quickly shift focus and manage multiple projects at once with varying levels of demand and time sensitivity
- Working Knowledge of SQL Power BI DAX VBA SAS Agile & Project Management Version Control ETL & Data Engineering Data Warehousing Documentation & Reporting
