About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and confirm sold‑case information from sales, producers, and customers.
- Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process.
- Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase.
- Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist.
- Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction.
- Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex on‑boarding activities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Background collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a process‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations.
