About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and confirm sold‑case information from sales, producers, and customers.
Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process.
Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase.
Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist.
Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction.
Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales.
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex on‑boarding activities.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Background collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a process‑driven environment.
Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations.
