About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver advanced Workday configuration and HR systems projects
Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, including security, integrations, and functional configuration
Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
Support initiatives related to AI‑enabled Workday functionality, data readiness, and governance
Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and process materials for HR partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Five or more years supporting HR systems in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll
Experience supporting large or complex organizations with enterprise‑scale HR technology deployments
Experience enabling or preparing for AI‑related Workday functionality (analytics, skills, automation, governance)
Demonstrated hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners
Workday Pro certification in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or related functional areas highly preferred
