About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver advanced Workday configuration and HR systems projects
- Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, including security, integrations, and functional configuration
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
- Support initiatives related to AI‑enabled Workday functionality, data readiness, and governance
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and process materials for HR partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five or more years supporting HR systems in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll
- Experience supporting large or complex organizations with enterprise‑scale HR technology deployments
- Experience enabling or preparing for AI‑related Workday functionality (analytics, skills, automation, governance)
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners
- Workday Pro certification in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or related functional areas highly preferred
