About the role
- Perform team audits, system testing, and project work to support operational excellence.
- Act as a subject matter expert, addressing escalations and providing technical expertise.
- Develop process documentation, create process best practices, and support departmental testing.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to colleagues.
Requirements
- Knowledge of disability insurance and/or life insurance products preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of insurance contracts experience (supporting, maintaining, administering).
- Strong skills in process documentation, compliance, and use of Visio or process mapping tools.
- Experience with auditing and creating training/process documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Copilot and SharePoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and mentoring experience.
