About the role
- Lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative analytical solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics frameworks.
- Manipulate large data sets for business insights and implement solutions, specifically focused on advanced problems and models.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems and inefficiencies.
- Define business cases and analytics use-cases.
- Coordinate with senior business users and technical staff to customize high-level solutions.
- Translate highly complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data science or any data organization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, or equivalent analytic programming languages for data extraction/manipulation, preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial results.
- Solid understanding of data structure and system design concepts as well as experience with query and analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools to develop sound analytics-based solutions for business problems.
- Experience leading complex projects and delivering impactful analytical solutions with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
