Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and execute a roadmap for GCC finance integration, ensuring sustainable success in global finance and accounting operations
• Act as the primary liaison to the GCC finance leader and U.S. corporate teams. Build strong cross-geographical relationships and provide timely insights to senior leadership
• Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and KPIs to executive leadership. Align stakeholders on performance expectations and decision-making
• Oversee compliance audits and operational processes across U.S. and GCC entities, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP, local standards, and internal controls
• Own and enhance the complex accounting and systems configuration required for consolidated GCC operations
