About the role

  • Support Strategic Partnerships Manager by delivering operational, sales, and administrative assistance for a $20M+ Hybrid Life book of business across all segments (2+ lives).
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive partner engagement, strategic execution, and service delivery.
  • Streamline sales operations: prepare sales materials, manage partner communications, and maintain key data and reporting tools.
  • Sales and Partner Support: coordinate finalist meetings, partner check-ins, planning calls; draft pre- and post-sales correspondence; promote new features and product enhancements.
  • Operational and Meeting Coordination: manage meeting scheduling, agendas, follow-up items; organize partner documentation; support enrollment and re-enrollment logistics.
  • Data, Reporting, and Stewardship Support: maintain dashboards and tracking sheets, collect/format/validate data for stewardship materials, monitor key metrics and share findings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work with marketing, underwriting, operations, and product to coordinate deliverables and resolve partner issues.
  • Process Improvement and Project Support: participate in initiatives to enhance processes, maintain templates and SOPs, and assist with product development and rollouts.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely (requirement)
  • Prior experience in a sales support/coordination role (requirement)
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, on the carrier side (requirement)
  • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or a sales support/customer service capacity
  • Experience working with voluntary benefits, life insurance products, or broker/partner relationships
  • Life and Health insurance licensing preferred
  • Strong organization, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
