About the role

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) programs
- Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, providing timely and supportive guidance
- Manage employee recognition programs, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of incentives
- Prepare and distribute monthly communications highlighting team updates, achievements, and key announcements
- Develop and distribute employee surveys to support engagement and feedback initiatives
- Oversee company equipment tracking, including distribution, returns, and coordination with IT
- Create and post job requisitions aligned with hiring needs
- Review applicants within HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via Microsoft Teams
- Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure a smooth, organized process
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage all pre-hire documentation, including references and compliance requirements
- Lead onboarding processes, ensuring a structured and positive new hire experience
- Administer performance management cycles, including new hire evaluations and annual reviews
- Partner with leadership to provide day-to-day operational support to the field sales team
- Maintain organizational charts, reporting materials, and presentations
- Conduct cost audits related to travel (airfare, hotels, car rentals) and escalate discrepancies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience roles
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a distributed workforce
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), Microsoft 365/Teams, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 times per year)
