About the role
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting
- Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting policies
- Oversee AP and AR operations including billing, cash application, and vendor payments
- Monitor and improve working capital metrics such as DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle
- Serve as the accounting lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, optimizing system usage, workflows, and reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Support process improvements and scalable accounting operations as the company grows
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting, AP, and AR teams
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, finance, operations, and IT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience managing GL, financial close, AP, and AR functions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, and internal controls
