About the role
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–10 Sales Executives to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions to strengthen performance and engagement.
- Manage and assess the sales pipeline across the team, providing accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
- Analyze team KPIs to identify trends, drive accountability, and improve results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize regional sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing a full-cycle outbound sales team—ideally in a short-cycle, transactional SaaS environment.
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel technology highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Skilled in coaching, developing, and empowering sales professionals to achieve peak performance.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to leadership.
- Enthusiastic, high-energy mindset with a “can-do” attitude and passion for driving team success.
