About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop BDMs and NAM to meet revenue and pipeline goals
- Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline, and forecasting integrity
- Implement sales SOPs, opportunity handoffs, and follow-up standards
- Support branch readiness, customer onboarding, and eCommerce-to-field conversions
- Provide dashboards and performance insights to senior leadership
- Develop regional and national sales strategies aligned with branch operations
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales operations or sales management
- Experience coaching sales teams and managing pipelines
- CRM and forecasting expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong Excel/PowerBI skills and cross-functional influence
- Preferred: Multi-branch distribution experience, eCommerce familiarity, national account exposure
