About the role

  • Lead planning, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
  • Ensure successful installation, configuration, and support of software systems.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing applications.
  • Contribute to IT strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and leadership to align local and enterprise-level IT priorities.

  • Maintain application portfolios and system documentation standards.
  • Oversee IT governance efforts, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Foster customer-focused service culture for application delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in a healthcare applications role, including selection, implementation, and lifecycle support of clinical, financial, or regulatory systems.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare application vendors and products.
  • Proven experience in strategic information systems planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with clinical, acute, sub-acute, outpatient, and clinic workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate dispersed teams, and drive technology adoption.
