Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clear, professional People advice across the employee lifecycle.
Managing employee relations matters, recruitment and supporting wellbeing and family-friendly practices.
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers to ensure that policies are applied consistently and in line with UK employment legislation.

What you’ll need

Confident managing cases and influencing stakeholders
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Communicates clearly, professionally and with confidence
An inquisitive mindset with a keen interest in data, insights and emerging AI tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
CIPD level 3 minimum
Build strong relationships with managers, acting as a trusted People Advisor
Passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of service, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
