• Work alongside the Director of PR & Marketing to execute publicity strategies across the creator roster
• Pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with reporters
• Assist in writing and editing press releases, media alerts, and pitch letters
• Manage inbound interview requests and coordinate schedules
• Ensure creators are prepared for media opportunities
• Manage creator event calendars and help secure brand events, red carpets, and industry activations
• Support event planning, guest list coordination, on-site event management, and awards submissions
• Track, collect, and report creator and agency media coverage
• Create, maintain, and update media contact lists, schedules, and publicity trackers
• Collaborate with creators and cross-functional teams to keep publicity initiatives running smoothly
