💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to exceed revenue goals
- Manage digital campaigns and individual giving
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit individual, corporate, and foundation donors
- Oversee donor stewardship and recognition, ensuring timely communication and impact reporting
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners; secure sponsorships and in-kind donations
- Research, write, and submit grant proposals; manage grant compliance and reporting
- Build relationships with donors, members, and partners; plan and execute fundraising and community events
- Hold donor meetings and calls; serve as visible leader reporting to the Executive Director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, etc.)
- 3+ years of fundraising or development experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals, including success in grant writing, corporate partnerships, and individual giving
- Strategic, goal-oriented thinker
- Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator
- Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic
- Passionate advocate for community service with a proven history of engagement in local issues and a deep commitment to making a positive impact
- Comfortable using donor CRMs and project management tools
- Bonus: experience in lean or startup-like nonprofit environments and familiarity with diverse fundraising platforms and donor software
