About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serving as a liaison between business units and technology teams to define processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement new functionality
  • Document stakeholder requirements, measure/monitor process efficiency, and develop and manage projects
  • Gathers, reviews, and analyzes business and industry data using data analytics tools, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and technical teams in the planning, design, and development of new information system solutions
  • Leads discovery sessions to identify opportunities that delight the customer and enhance operational effectiveness in a meaningful way

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Ten years of experience performing business analyst skills to work independently and serve as lead analyst
  • Knowledge of Salvation Army business practices is preferred
  • One or more relevant certifications are preferred upon hire.
