About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interact with customers/donors in a positive, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Protect the integrity of all donated items
  • Responsible for accurate completion of all customer transactions including cash and debit sales
  • Contribute to meeting store budgets by maintaining customer service standards
  • Process raw materials by loading/unloading, sorting, packing, pricing and storing donations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of some high school
  • Two years of experience in a store or warehouse environment
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Attention to details
  • Ability and willingness to undergo applicable screening and background checks
