Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of university degree or equivalent with business, HR and/or analytical focus

- Knowledgeable in Canadian leave and disability administration practices
- Analytical in evaluating leave-related data and trends
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing online processes within HRIS platforms
- Effective in communicating complex information clearly
- Organized in managing multiple priorities and complex cases
