  • design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content
  • conduct learning needs and skills gap analyses
  • build and manage structured learning curricula and development pathways
  • coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs
  • facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning and development
  • strong knowledge of adult learning principles
  • experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
  • hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday)
  • ability to develop engaging digital learning content
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • excellent communication skills
