Learning and Development Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support and champion the organization’s learning and development strategy
- design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content
- conduct learning needs and skills gap analyses
- build and manage structured learning curricula and development pathways
- coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs
- facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions
- monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- partner with internal stakeholders to design targeted learning solutions
- manage learning systems (e.g., Workday LMS)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development
- strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- experience designing and delivering blended learning programs
- hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday)
- ability to develop engaging digital learning content
- strong stakeholder management skills
- excellent communication skills
