- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters
- Partner with leaders on organizational design and role clarity
- Contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- CHRL or CPHR designation required
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong, practical knowledge of HR practices across corporate/head office environments
- Proven experience managing high-risk, complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated commitment to The Salvation Army’s Mission and Core Values
