About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships across multiple employment services areas including Launceston and West and North West Coast areas
  • Establish, maintain and nurture strategic partnerships with disability services, RTO and TAFE’s, schools and other community groups, to support growth and enhanced servicing
  • Increase commenced caseloads through relationship building in the community
  • Facilitate collaboration between external partnerships and EPlus Inclusive Employment Australia teams, to ensure participant needs are addressed
  • Attend and support industry events, market days and showcases, representing Employment Plus to employers, service providers and participants
  • Generate monthly Community Development reports and Employment Services Areas profiles, collating partnerships within the Partner Portal
  • Support our network of employers on adoption of disability employment practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector
  • Strong skills in identifying, assessing and developing new opportunities aligned with business strategy
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing demands
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail, high standards of professionalism and customer service excellence
  • Must hold a Driver’s license as travel throughout the region will be required
