About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure RTO operations meet the National VET Quality Framework
  • Support the development and implementation of RTO systems, policies, and procedures
  • Manage contracts and agreements with government and partner organisations
  • Oversee preparation and management of internal and external audits
  • Manage the development of training and assessment resources
  • Conduct quality reviews and validations for training programs and centres
  • Relay regulatory requirements and compliance issues to management
  • Provide support and professional development for trainers and assessors
  • Report directly to the General Manager Vocational Training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • TAE4022 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or Diploma of Quality Auditing or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ESOS Act
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance audits and quality assurance
  • Prior experience with student management systems and learning management systems
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior RTO management role within the Vocational Education & Training sector
  • Strong compliance and quality background
  • Solid understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework
  • Successful completion of a mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children Check required for child-facing roles
