About the role
- Manage a small portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary day-to-day point of contact
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of outbound programs
- Conduct regular client check-ins to review results, share insights, and recommend optimizations
- Track key performance metrics and use data to guide conversations and improvements
- Identify opportunities for account expansion based on client needs, program performance, and business objectives
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in TSF as a long-term partner
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role
- Experience working with B2B clients in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote setting
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a sales organization
