About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategic implementation of Renaissance products purchased by local public schools
  • Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage
  • Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district
  • Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team
  • Work with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance
  • Host weekly status meetings with district leaders
  • Monitor implementation and recommend next steps with stakeholders
  • Work with campuses remotely and onsite to monitor implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand district implementation
  • Analyze district- and school-level data after each assessment period
  • Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Renaissance products; Star preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate with key district leaders
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Flexible travel schedule
  • Understanding of how school districts operate
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must live in or around the Chicagoland area
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Renaissance cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
