About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide essential support to the Revenue Enablement team in developing and implementing comprehensive product enablement for sellers and customer success managers
Focus on demo site and sandbox creation for products, supporting content development, maintaining learning resources, and assisting with program evaluation
Help ensure customer-facing teams continuously develop product knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, content management, or a related field, ideally supporting Sales teams
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally and across time zones
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), specifically Canvas LMS, is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills
Ability to translate product information into organized content structures
A proactive approach to work, ready to take initiative and contribute ideas for improving enablement effectiveness
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience
