Key responsibilities & impact

Support analytics requests across multiple business areas (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success)
Exploring datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - not just fulfill defined reporting requests
Contributing to and learning from the Business Intelligence team’s analytics development ecosystem
Building and maintaining data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field (including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
Foundational experience with SQL and data analysis
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, but not required)
Curiosity about data and a desire to understand the “why” behind trends and patterns
Ability to explore datasets and draw basic insights, with guidance as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Comfort working with some ambiguity and asking questions to clarify business needs
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to present data and insights in a clear and structured way (written or visual)
