💰 $160,300 - $220,375 per year
About the role
- Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Ensure alignment of rewards programs with organizational goals, culture, and talent strategy
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures
- Oversee base pay, incentive plans, executive compensation, and equity programs
- Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary structure reviews
- Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure budget alignment and data accuracy
- Manage health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programs and evaluate enhancements
- Design and implement employee recognition programs and monitor effectiveness
- Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team and collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
- Ensure compliance, maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation and benefits programs
- Administer stock/equity plans, support Compensation Committee board resolutions, and work with Accounting & Payroll on equity compliance
- Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall HR experience with 5 to 7 years focused on Global Benefits/Compensation design and management
- Background in finance or financial analysis
- Previous experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing benefits and compensation
- Experience supporting or leading HR initiatives during acquisitions or divestitures (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related discipline or Finance required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in a mid-sized company owned by private equity (preferred)
- Previous international experience in the UK, Australia, Canada and China (preferred)
- SaaS company experience (preferred)
- Certifications – CCP, CEBS (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, financial and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work across the organization
