About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline by reconnecting with past clients and developing new opportunities
- Assume ownership of active consignor books during Concierge and Inside Sales leaves of absence
- Continue client relationships, maintain momentum, and drive opportunities through close
- Engage consignors across phone, text, email, and chat
- Guide consignors through the full journey from qualification through close
- Move between prospecting and closing as coverage assignments shift
- Bridge BDR, Field Sales, and Inside Sales workflows
- Keep CRM records accurate across every client book
- Track performance metrics and use insights to improve
- Support revenue growth across multiple sales channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding your numbers
- Comfortable owning a full book independently, from first outreach through close
- Natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and stays composed under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
- Ability to listen for consignors’ needs
- Clear and compelling communication across phone, text, email, and chat
- Confident closing consignors, not just qualifying them
- Agile between prospecting and closing as priorities shift
- Self-directed and accountable, with sound judgment and high integrity
- Hungry to grow and receptive to feedback
- Available full-time (40 hours/week)
- Passion for fashion, luxury, or resale (preferred)
