About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and scope strategic revenue opportunities (e.g., channel optimization, retention campaigns, etc.).
- Build business cases and structured project charters that clearly outline objectives, resource needs, and expected ROI.
- Lead complex, cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives from conception to launch.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and governance structures to keep teams accountable and moving fast.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and unblock with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative and build dashboards to track success.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to analyze performance against targets and extract insights for future playbooks.
- Regularly synthesize data into concise, high-impact updates for the executive team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations—ideally with an emphasis on strategy development and program management.
- A proven track record of leading by influence.
- Strong business acumen & modeling skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- The ability to translate complex data and cross-functional dependencies into clear, concise updates for executive stakeholders.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
