About the role
- Lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of business change projects across HR, Food & Beverage, and Operations
- Travel to various venues approximately two days a week, and weekly visit to our head office in Maidenhead, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, upholding governance and quality standards
- Use project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across teams, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment to project goals
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned
- Provide clear visibility to senior management through regular updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a strong instinct for shifting focus toward business-critical tasks
- Confident in identifying and constructively challenging organisational processes, particularly those that are unnecessarily complex or inefficient
- Solid practical experience with project planning tools and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel highly desirable
- A committed champion of collaboration, inclusion, and cross-functional partnership, resilient, empowering, and driven by a clear sense of purpose
- Applies a methodical and structured approach to work, consistently identifying and advancing priority tasks across projects and responsibilities
- Skilled in engaging with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across internal and external networks, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Partners with business leaders to shape and implement effective change management strategies when introducing new systems or capabilities that impact processes
- Proven success operating at a senior level within complex, multi-site environments, leading and influencing across diverse, multidisciplinary teams
