Lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of business change projects across HR, Food & Beverage, and Operations
Travel to various venues approximately two days a week, and weekly visit to our head office in Maidenhead, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, upholding governance and quality standards
Use project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Drive collaboration across teams, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment to project goals
Embed a culture of continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned
Provide clear visibility to senior management through regular updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a strong instinct for shifting focus toward business-critical tasks
Confident in identifying and constructively challenging organisational processes, particularly those that are unnecessarily complex or inefficient
Solid practical experience with project planning tools and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel highly desirable
