About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You primarily manage our French-language social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels
You moderate comments, messages and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
You work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed shift schedule
You have good judgment, which you apply to content moderation and generating feedback
You are willing to work weekends and public holidays as required by the rota

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native-level French and very good to fluent German, both written and spoken. English skills are a plus
Ideally resident in Germany
At least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-focused environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing or community management)
You share our passion for offering customers the best products and service
You are curious and enjoy actively nurturing our community
You demonstrate a high level of ownership, reliability and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable working flexibly from a smartphone
