Community Manager
The Quality GroupCommunity Manager managing French-speaking social media accounts and supporting community management across networks. Engaging with the community on various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You primarily manage our French-language social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels
- You moderate comments, messages and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- You work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed shift schedule
- You have good judgment, which you apply to content moderation and generating feedback
- You are willing to work weekends and public holidays as required by the rota
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level French and very good to fluent German, both written and spoken. English skills are a plus
- Ideally resident in Germany
- At least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-focused environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing or community management)
- You share our passion for offering customers the best products and service
- You are curious and enjoy actively nurturing our community
- You demonstrate a high level of ownership, reliability and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable working flexibly from a smartphone
