Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage and develop your customers in line with the company’s defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures.
  • You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and the continuous identification of market potential.
  • You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while complying with the Quality Group’s financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitor activity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in field sales, sales, or food retail.
  • Ideally you have commercial vocational training or a business-related qualification.
  • You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking.
  • You enjoy working with metrics, love selling, and are enthusiastic about our products.
  • You are confident with digital tools and media and like contributing new ideas.
  • You hold a driving licence (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence.
