About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You structure, prioritize, and coordinate AI projects and workflow automation initiatives.
You act as a central interface between Business, Tech, and Security stakeholders.
You coordinate the evaluation, rollout, governance, and adoption of AI tools, capabilities, connectors, and integrations across the organization.
You monitor relevant AI capabilities, LLM developments, workflow automation trends, and emerging tools.
You evaluate where tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions can create practical business value.
You translate business needs into clear recommendations, initiatives, and next steps.
You coordinate pilots, rollouts, enablement activities, and internal communication.
You drive AI enablement initiatives across The Quality Group, including trainings, communication formats, and internal adoption initiatives.
You coordinate and further develop our AI Champions program across the organization.
You measure adoption, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to improve AI usage across teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring 4–6+ years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, operations, consulting, enablement, or a similar role.
You have hands-on experience working with AI tools, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions.
You are highly curious about AI, LLMs, agents, workflow automation, and emerging AI capabilities and actively stay up to date with new developments.
You understand how to translate business problems into practical AI and automation use cases.
You are strong in stakeholder management and comfortable coordinating across Business, Tech, and Security teams.
You work in a highly structured, independent, and hands-on way.
You are able to turn vague ideas into clear priorities, owners, and next steps.
You communicate clearly and can write and present strong briefs, updates, and internal communications.
You are pragmatic and understand where AI creates value—and where other solutions are the better choice.
You are fully fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
