Display Manager
The Quality GroupDisplay Manager responsible for the strategic planning and execution of displays to enhance brand visibility at The Quality Group. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to improve sales performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop, design and implement display and secondary placement strategies in alignment with brand and sales objectives
- You own the end-to-end process for all display projects – from concept and design through production and rollout to performance measurement
- You coordinate and align with all relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Purchasing) and external partners
- You manage production, suppliers and quality to ensure on-time, cost-efficient and high-quality execution
- You analyze display performance and placement quality using data and derive concrete measures to optimize sales uplift
- You ensure financial control and continuous ROI optimization for all display activities
- You ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all display formats
- You identify best practices and continuously improve the scalability, efficiency and impact of display concepts
- You report to the Head of Media & Shopper Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Retail, Business Administration, Design or a related field
- You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing, Display Management, Retail Activation or a comparable area
- You have experience in the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of the retail environment
- You are experienced in managing end-to-end projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- You have practical experience with display design, production processes, materials and supplier management
- You are confident working with performance data and translating insights into concrete optimizations
- You combine a structured, detail-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You are strong in communication and able to align cross-functional teams effectively
- You are proficient with MS Office and KPI-driven reporting
- You speak fluent English and/or German
- You are willing to travel occasionally for market visits and rollout support
